The smallest of the three chalets, and the only one whose sauna stands as a building of its own in the garden, with a terrace of its own in front of it.
One room of 27 square metres
Kitchen, dining table and sofa share a single room with windows on two sides. The wood-burning stove stands free against the wall; firewood is provided in ample supply and is yours to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven and dishwasher, along with pots, crockery and glasses for four.
Two rooms, four beds
Both bedrooms are on the top floor, which reaches up to 3.34 metres under the gable. A door leads from each of them onto the balcony.
The larger room has a double bed of 180 × 210 centimetres in an alcove of reclaimed timber; the second has a bunk bed sleeping two. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower and WC, and on the ground floor a guest WC.
A building of its own in the garden
Chalet 2 has no lower floor; instead the sauna stands as a separate building in the garden, six square metres in size. Its entrance and its terrace of nine square metres are on the far side of the building, facing away from the chalet.
A few steps across the garden separate the chalet from the sauna. Bathrobes are laid out in the chalet.
All of this belongs to the chalet
The garden sauna, its terrace, the balcony, the ski room, the carport and the charging point belong to Chalet 2 alone. Nothing is shared, and nothing has to be reserved.
The chalets are not remote: they stand side by side, and there are neighbours on the plateau. Inside the chalet and on its own grounds, however, you will meet no one you did not arrive with.
Outside
Chalet 2 has two terraces: the one off the living room at a good 14 square metres, and the one at the sauna at nine. The balcony on the top floor measures nearly six square metres.
The chalet has a carport with a parking space in front of it. Inside the carport, directly outside the front door, the chalet's own ski room and the charging point sit side by side: the ski room takes skis, boards and poles and has a boot warmer, and the charging point for electric vehicles is free to use without arranging it beforehand.

What it costs
You will receive an offer from us for the total price of your stay. The visitor's tax and the final cleaning are shown separately; refuse collection, water and electricity are included, as is the electricity for your car. There are no further charges.
Arrival
Access is by a code we send you before you arrive. There is no key handover; the chalet is ready for you from 4 pm, and departure is by 10 am.
Where the chalet stands
The chalet stands on the Tschengla, a plateau at 1,200 metres above the Brandnertal. Building is sparse up here; holiday houses stand next to houses lived in all year round. There is no through traffic, and at night it is quiet.
The large glazing faces south-east and south-west, so the sun stands on this side from morning until evening. The view reaches into the Brandnertal and across to the ski area.
The valley station of the Loischkopf gondola is three minutes by car or ten to fifteen on foot; in ski boots, reckon on fifteen. In winter the roads are cleared daily right up to the house.
