What the price includes

The amounts in the table apply per chalet and night, not per person; above a certain occupancy the rate rises, as the table shows. On top of this comes the final cleaning, charged once per stay: €480 for Chalet 1, €350 for Chalet 2 and €370 for Chalet 3. Plus the municipal guest tax, charged per person and night from the age of 14. Both amounts are shown separately in the offer; you see the full total price before you book. We earn nothing on either: the guest tax goes in full to the municipality, and for the final cleaning we pass on what the cleaning company charges. Because the work varies from stay to stay, it is a flat rate.

There are no further costs. Electricity, water, heating, firewood, WiFi, the parking space in the carport and the charging point for electric vehicles are included, as are bed linen, towels and bathrobes.

Length of stay and arrival

The minimum stay is two nights, three over Christmas and New Year. Arrival is possible on any day of the week except Sunday; departure on Sundays too. Departure is not possible on Austrian public holidays or on 24 and 31 December, because no cleaning can take place on those days. The booking calendar shows these days as unavailable. Arrival from 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

Payment

25% of the amount is due within seven days of booking, the remainder fourteen days before arrival.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to two months before arrival; the full amount is refunded. After that we keep the 25% deposit. From fourteen days before arrival there is no refund. The final cleaning and guest tax are refunded in any case, as neither is incurred. Cancellation is always free within 24 hours of booking, provided there are at least seven days between booking and arrival.
