What the price includes

The rates in the table apply per chalet and per night, not per person; above a certain occupancy the rate increases, as the table shows. Added to them is the final cleaning, charged once per stay: €480 for Chalet 1, €350 for Chalet 2 and €370 for Chalet 3. In addition there is the local guest tax, charged per person and night from the age of 14. Both are itemised in the offer, so you see the complete total before you book. Neither is income for us: the guest tax goes to the municipality in full, and for the final cleaning we pass on what the cleaning company charges us — as a flat rate, because the work varies from stay to stay.

There are no further costs. Electricity, water, heating, firewood, WiFi, the space in the carport and the charging point for electric vehicles are included, as are bed linen, towels and bathrobes.

Stay and arrival

The minimum stay is two nights, and three over Christmas and New Year. Arrival is possible on any day of the week except Sunday; departure on a Sunday is fine. Arrival from 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

Payment

Twenty-five per cent of the amount is due within seven days of booking, the remainder fourteen days before arrival.

Cancellation

Up to two months before arrival you can cancel free of charge; the full amount is refunded. After that we retain the deposit of twenty-five per cent. From fourteen days before arrival no refund is made. The final cleaning and the guest tax are refunded in every case, as neither is incurred. Within twenty-four hours of booking, cancellation is always free of charge, provided at least seven days lie between booking and arrival.
